Create professional reports about the quality
The purpose of reporting is to provide a tool for rating statistics and current control systems of the organization, which secure the quality of the controlled products, services and processes itself. The importance of reporting is already emphasized in our initial report and project offer to the client, which contains all the necessary and important information about the subsequent presentation of results, routine reporting and individual phases of the project. The record about the contents and outcome of the entire process are later documented in the final report.
The Reporting service allows us to create and distribute operational overviews, which show the current status in a realized project of quality control and reworking and aims to comprehensively and routinely inform our customer. The customer can either receive daily reports about the on-going processes or reports based on their own needs.
Part of this service is also a Pareto analysis, which is used very effectively and successfully to find and define problems in quality controlled components.
It offers an analysis of various producs and their types, including the losses associated with them, their means of production, downtimes on production lines, as well as machine failure and tool deterioration. The Pareto analysis is one of the most effective, accessible and applicable decision-making tools in quality management and is a significant feature of our reports.
In terms of Quality Reports, we offer:
- Daily operational reports
- Reports based on client needs
- Pareto analysis
- Final report
